With over two decades of experience in real estate, Brad has established himself as a seasoned and highly respected professional in the industry. For most of his career, Brad worked with top national commercial brokerage DTZ Barnicke (now Cushman Wakefield), and was a partner at a family-operated boutique brokerage, Gleed Inc. This experience has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Brad’s energetic and enthusiastic personality brings a positive perspective to everything he does. “I have always believed that to really connect with a person, that you need to put yourself in their shoes. If I wouldn’t accept something for myself personally, how could I expect someone else to?”

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with squash and golf, volunteering with Scouts Canada, and soaking up the sun in Clearwater, Florida. As a past president of the London Squash and Racquet Club, Brad understands the importance of connecting with people on a personal level and strives to exceed their expectations with integrity and empathy.

Nick Jaremko

Nick began his academic career at Huron University College before graduating from the Ivey Business School with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (HBA). His interest in real estate started early, purchasing his first rental property at 18 and continuing to grow his portfolio through the BRRR strategy in the years that followed. In addition to long term investing, he is actively involved in home renovations and select property flips.

Outside of real estate sales, Nick has always been entrepreneurial. He founded and grew a landscaping company in London that served well over 100 recurring clients before successfully selling the business in 2022 to focus fully on real estate and investment activities.

Nick also gained institutional commercial real estate experience through an internship with Triovest, where he worked alongside teams involved in leasing, development, asset management, and property operations across office, industrial, and retail assets. That combination of hands on investing and professional exposure shapes how he approaches advising clients today, with a focus on practical strategy, clear analysis, and long term decision making.
